- 2 1/2 cups chicken, tuna or turkey, cut into small pieces
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pkg. uncooked macaroni
- 1 can mushrooms
Mix all ingredients together and put in 9x13 inch dish. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove 1 hour before baking and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
