Chicken Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken, tuna or turkey, cut into small pieces
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and put in 9x13 dish. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove 1 hour before baking and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.

Recipe: Chicken Supreme Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cheese, melted

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Put in greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator several hours before baking. Bake at 350 degrees F or 1 1/2 hours. Top with cheese during the last part of baking. You can cook macaroni and drain water off. Mix everything together and bake for only 45 minutes to an hour. Takes less milk if macaroni is cooked.

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 med. onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. slat
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • Shoe string potatoes or potato chips

Directions

Combine all ingredients except shoe string potatoes. Put in casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 8.
