Raw Vegetable Salad
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green peppers
- 1 med. onion
- 2 bunches radishes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Western dressing
Cut vegetables in chunks or slices. Toss with dressing ingredients. Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
