"Grocery shopping for one or two can be difficult because foods are generally packaged for larger households of four or more. Nobody wants to spend money on foods that are going to go bad or get old before they can be finished. By taking the time to follow some buying and storage techniques, the task of shopping for one or two will become less frustrating and expensive."
