I have high blood pressure and I love salt! This is a great way to use no salt.
- 5 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a shaker top. Use for seasoning broiled fish, poultry, cooked vegetables, soup and stews, or place it on the table to be used individually.

Low-Salt Seasoning Salt Recipe
My mom just got a big jar with a shaker top and just added all the different types of spices and seasonings she liked. She keeps it by the stove and uses it instead of salt. You just need to experiment and play around til you find the combination that excites your taste buds. (01/18/2006)
