RE: Recycled Wind Clackers
What a creative way to recycle what normally would go into the trash!
This could even be used as a kid's craft or scout troop craft if an adult drilled the holes in the plastics ahead of time.

I might just try it. I just installed a sturdy clothes line. I'm hoping your idea will scare away the pecky bluejays and wood peckers that love my yard and apples each year. Why couldn't we add large jingle bells to the center of each one and have a tinkle of music with the clacking? lol : )

Have many items to make wind chimes, but never occured to me to use jar top to hang them from. Now I can get my projects done. Thanks for great tip.

I love that wind clacker. What a great thing to make with all the caps from the laundry detergent bottles.
