Walnut Date Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup pitted and finely chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 3/4 cup bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions

Put ingredients in to bread machine according to manufacturers directions. I set mine to the dough cycle, then let it rise in a warmed oven for 30 minutes then bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.
