These tarts taste just like pecan tarts but contain NO NUTS. They are absolutely a hit where ever I take them. Enjoy!

Heat until dissolved

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
Add:
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Pour into prepared or home made tart shells or pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.

At Christmas, I top off with a red cherry!
