Inside Entertainment For a Large Dog |

What is the best way to entertain a 52 pound dog when the weather is too bad to go out? We're having high winds and driving rain right now - and the great outdoors is slippery and puddled. Our dog has bundles of puppy energy.

RE: Inside Entertainment For a Large Dog
Get a bag of treats, mae them really tastey, you can teach your dog some tricks so he is not bored, but he is gaining knowledge at the same time. Play tug-of-war with him to, use his favorite toy or use an old sock and tie knots in it, or use a rope that you can usally find in pet stores or you may already have one. ;] Good luck and have fun! - Holly ;}

Our pets love to watch "Meercat Manor" that is on television. (You'll have to check the tv guide for times and channel in your area.) It is funny to watch them, while they are watching tv......all engrossed like they are watching a tennis match. You might try this.

Try a snack hunt. Put little pieces of snacks around the house and help him find them.
