Mexican Chocolate Tortilla
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (6oz.)
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 7 flour tortillas (6 inch size)
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Combine first 3 ingredients in microwave safe dish or bowl and melt; stir to blend. Add vanilla and stir. Use 6 of the tortillas and spread mixture evenly over each to within 1/4 inch of edge. Stack as like pancakes. Top with 7th tortilla, press down firmly (facing chocolate to center edge.) Use 1/4 cup sour cream and 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar. Mix and frost top and sides of stack. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
