I see Eagle Brand milk in alot of recipes. Is that sweetened condensed milk? Or evaporated?

Great Grann Vi, This is just what I'm looking for. I want to make strawberry ice cream for a friend who is dying of cancer.

I took the freezedried strawberries out of 5 boxes of strawberry cereal and will use those. Thanks so much!
