Spring Special
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. cooked pasta
- 1 can (16 oz.) green beans
- 1/4 cup grated parmsean cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions
In oil, saute carrots until cooked. Add next 6 ingredients. Cook until thick and translucent. Add pasta and mix. Add remainder and toss lightly.
