Grease and flour two 9 inch layer pans or 9x13 inch oblong. Beat 4 eggs with rotary beater until very light.
Beat in:
2 c. sugar
2 t. flavoring
1/2 t. salt
Beat in:
2 T. butter melted in 1 c boiling hot milk
Sift together and beat in (very quickly):
2 c. sifted flour
2 t. baking powder
Immediately pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-35 minutes for cake; 18-20 minutes for cupcakes. This is wonderful with fresh fruit on top with some Cool Whip. YUM!!!
