When I hit the J key on my laptop I only get the number 1. The K key gives me the number 2. How do I undo this? Thank you.

Have you tried going in to your computer set up for key board and make sure that has not been reset.
It depends on your type of computer of how to fix it (easy) but it's probably because your 'num lock' key is turned on. Make sure it is turned off. I've had the same problem in the past and simply un-clicking the 'num lock' key worked for me (have a desk top) but might not do the trick for everyone else (usually laptop) so check out these websites for more info:

I had this problem with my laptop once. Try hitting the Function Key along with the Number Key. That should unlock it.
