Walmart had some sugar free snow cone syrups in different flavors earlier in the season. Might call to see if they still have any on the shelves.

I don't know if this is quite what you are looking for but it might work. It is down the page a bit. It is snow cone syrup and uses Splenda. Looks like you can order a sample for not too much money.
