Cut bacon up and fry; drain and crumble bacon. Cut cheese in cubes and beat with milk in double boiler. Add egg slightly beaten. Cool, remove and add bacon. Chill in refrigerator. For Finger Sandwiches - delicious served on round cinnamon bread.
