It's the time of year to be thinking of others: Your old prescription glasses may be able to help someone else. If your local eyeglass store doesn't collect and redistribute them, contact your local Lens Crafters or Lions Club.

With everything available online, ReplaceMyContacts has a new eyeglass recycling program. They'll send you the box, pay for shipping AND give you a $5 rebate on your order. Glasses will be donated to the Lions Club and various international vision care organizations.
