This is a favorite of my son in-law! Very good Christmas candy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
Coating:
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (12oz.)
- 1/4 bar paraffin
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with hands until well blended. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler over boiling water. Dip balls in coating with fork and cool on wire rack.
