Crab Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup minced green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup minced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 4 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
  • 4 tomatoes (cut in wedges)

Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 t. lemon juice

Directions:

Combine first 8 ingredients. Combine sauce ingredients, pour over salad and toss. Spoon onto lettuce on individual plates or a large serving platter. Garnish with egg slices and tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving time.
