Ambrosia Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cup butter
Filling:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding

Directions

Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Pack in pie plate and bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees F and let cool. (Or make favorite graham cracker crust recipe or buy ready-made crust.)

Mix and pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm. Top with large Cool Whip (12oz.). Garnish with shaved Hershey milk chocolate bar.

oh sorry I just read it again! now I understand, I am SO used to the "cook first" choc' puddings as the uncooked ones do not taste as good to me,
