  • glue
  • double-sided adhesive
  • scallop circle punch

Instructions:

This fun little Halloween treat is made from a paper towel roll, divided into three segments.

I dressed them up with ribbons and scrapbook papers from Target.

For the base: punch out a scallop circle from a piece of cardboard and scrapbook paper that is slightly larger than the end of the tube.

Then layer paper onto cardboard with adhesive.

Apply glue on one end of the tube; attach it to the scallop.

Push in some shredded paper.

Fill with treats and enjoy!
