I would like to know of a use for Coke that has gotten flat or too sweet.

Oh boy! Kill rodents quickly with it? I wonder what it's doing to us?

You can also use it as a quick way to kill rodents. I usually use fresh coke but I have used some that has gone flat and it seems to work as well. Just put the coke in a small dish or lid. They love the sweetness and will die fairly close to where you have the coke. It won't hurt indoor pets unless they eat the rodent (that probably won't hurt them either and is just disgusting). They won't have a chance to go hide in the walls and smell for weeks. You can pick them up with a pair of pliers by the tail and dispose of them.

Flat coke can be used to clean metals such as coins or jewelry.

Put flat coke in your toilet. Let set about an hour, lid down, then clean toilet bowl. Is a great toilet bowl cleaner.
Coke also will cut road grease on your car window. Coke will also take the grease off your driveway.

My husband swears it makes a good laxative. He drinks it all the time flat........

make a sauce for cooking ribs or chuck steak.

use 1 cup of flat cola, 1/4 cup brown sugar, a tablespoon of cooking oil, add some ground pepper, garlic powder, a squirt of ketchup and/or mustard, a dash of soya sauce... be creative. It won't taste very good until you coat the meat with it and bake for an hour at 350 in a covered roaster (or until meat is tender) Makes a tasty glaze!!

enjoy
