Cheese Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 medium heat cauliflower
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Topping:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. mustard

Directions

Wash cauliflower, don't dry. Place cauliflower in casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 8-9 minutes until tender. Combine mayonnaise, onion salt and mustard. Spoon topping on cauliflower, and sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Serves 4.
