Balsamic Dijon and Shallot Dressing
This dressing is good freshly made, but it's even better the next day or two after the flavors have had more time to blend ;-)
- 5 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Whisk vinegar, Dijon and shallots in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and slowly whisk in olive oil.
