When I buy sausages for freezing I lay out several pieces of plastic wrap on the counter, then I open the pack and I put one sausage on each piece of wrap. I then roll them up. Then I put them all in a large zip lock bag. This way they don't stick together after being frozen and I just use the amount I need for that meal.
