Step 2: Arrange pictures how you want before glueing to help prevent mess-ups. Glue down all pictures. Let glue dry COMPLETELY!
Step 3: Then cut contact paper big enough to cover front and back. Adhere contact paper and press firmly (if you are doing the back also, complete steps 1 and 2 BEFORE doing this!)
Step 4: Enjoy your COMPLETELY UNIQUE book!
Hope you like this! Sorry cant post pic! I printed my pictures off the internet but you can use family photographs!
Do you have any other ideas on how I can make stuff? I can't afford to hop up and go buy supplies.

Hi, Mackenzie!
I'm writing to compliment you on the organized way you laid out the instructions on making your fan-book!
Also, aren't you the one who posted a request about a school problem? (maybe it was a way to prevent a problem....?) How did that work out? Maybe you could let us know?
Good luck -- you are making a great start!

My daughters always bought the magazines then hung the pictures up on the walls in their bedroom.

Ask at local music stores. Not chain stores but indy stores. Get to know the people that work there, get to know the manager or owner. They might be willing to give you posters, tshirts, keychains, standees, etc. If they are of artists you don't like, you could sell or trade them for stuff you want. Music stores often have midnight release parties for new albums. When Nickleback comes out with a new album, go to the release party even if you don't plan on buying the CD there (perhaps you'll buy it somewhere else on sale or wait to buy it used). You might get some cool stuff. Ask your friends or friends' siblings if they have anything they want to part with. I used to make jewelry for a local music store and instead of getting cash, I got CDs, tshirts, posters, stickers, etc. I marked most of my stuff in the ten to twenty dollar range. Little did the owner know that almost all the materials were thrifted, reused, repurposed, recycled or found. Maybe you can find something to barter...
Good luck,
a fellow Nickleback fan.
Sorry I am eleven and asked my mom if I could join their fanclub and she said I can if it does cost anything, but it does, 35$! And I am currently(sp?) waiting to be added as one of their 'friends' on myspace!

Does Nickelback have a fan club? Fan clubs often sell CD's and other items at big discounts. Sometimes it's really worth the cost of joining.
Maybe you can get stuff gratis - posters are really promotional materials at heart. Do some research & find out their record company/PR contact and find out if you can request some promotional material. Found a fan club & then ask for stuff! Put a presence for them on the web at myspace? So something creative & you might very well be able to get stuff. It's sort of barter. You do stuff for them & they will do stuff for YOU.
