Blueberry Coffee Cake

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Cream until light and fluffy.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Add and beat well.

Add alternately 1/3 cup milk with this mixture:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Stir in 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.

Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Stop with these ingredients mixed together:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
