I still want an Amish macaroni salad. Like what is sold at Walmart. It has 3 color spiral macaroni and is a vinegar dressing. I need help.

Sounda good but how much oil?

You didn't say how much oil to use.

I do something similar with canned green beans for a quick salad/side dish. Drain a can of green beans and toss with a small amount of bottled Italian salad dressing and chill--that's it! Sometimes I add some thinly sliced onion, but not much. It's not a glamorous salad but it's good in hot weather.
