- 1 flank steak
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2-1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup celery, cut up
- 1/2 cup green peppers, cut up
Pour flour into flank steak on both sides. Brown well on both sides. Place in roaster. Add tomatoes, seasoned as you like them. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
