No Roll Pie Crust
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Combine oil and milk. Add liquid to flour mixture. Blend with fork. Pat in pan. Makes 2 9-inch pies.

I am wondering if this would work with less oil? As shortening is not used, is the pie crust flaky?
