My vet had told me dogs was not allowed to have dough so is this fine to make for her?

The use of a bandana was mentioned....PLEASE NEVER put a bandana around a cat's neck!!! Cats love to jump & climb, and they have been known to get killed when something around their neck such as a collar or bandana gets caught on an object such as a fence post!!! This type of accident could occur indoors as well. Sure, cats look cute wearing a bandana, but they are cats! Let a cat live a natural life & wear the bandana yourself around your neck or waist.
Cyndi,
One of the ingredients for the Kitty Treats is "1/2 cup eater." I'm sorry, but I don't have ANY idea what this is or should be. Can you please clarify?
Thanks,
Kathy
