Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Assorted fresh fruit
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover; refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
