Go to a hardware store and buy some plastic pipe in the size you want and cut to the length you need. If using artificial flowers you do not need a bottom, if using real flowers set a jar inside the tube that fits.

Google to see if there is a floral supply wholesaler in your area or actually anywhere that can ship to you. Or ask your local florists where they buy supplies.
