Go to www.google.com and type in cool ties pattern, and several patterns will come up. You can buy the fill at a garden center. May even have at Walmart garden centers.

Here is a site that has them much cheaper AND they have patterns for the neck scarf coolers.

Just Google "water absorbing crystal" for lots of places to order them. Visit the Steve Spengler Science site for some great kid-periments to do with the crystals or powder, too.
