Cheesy Breakfast Rounds
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted
- 4 poached eggs
- bacon, ham or Canadian bacon, fried
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
- 2 T. margarine
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly over medium high heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Layer toasted muffin, any of the above meats, and then the poached egg and cover with lots of cheese sauce. Makes 4 servings.
