Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 oz. whole black olives
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 large bunch of leaf lettuce or spinach leaves
- 4 oz. feta cheese
Directions
Put all the following into a large bowl and toss. Cut peppers into rings about 1/4 inch thick, cut onion into wedges, cut tomatoes into wedges, and slice celery sticks. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Tear lettuce into large pieces. Cut cheese into long slices. Add olives. Top with Greek style salad dressing or red wine/vinegar dressing.
