Ancient Greece Decor

I am wanting to decorate my bedroom using an ancient Greece theme, any ideas?

I saw somewhere on the net greek columns made from corrugated cardboard with styrofoam bases and caps, they looked fab. Also try to use some urns or statues as accessories (without going overboard). These might even look nice placed on top of shorter columns (like pedestals). If you could somehow make some ceiling height columns to place in the corners of the rooms, they'd look great.

One of my favorite patterns is the Greek key pattern. I'm not sure I can duplicate it here.

_l l_l l_l l_ Well, thats not quite right, but perhaps if you do a search on the internet under the words "Greek key pattern," you'll see what I mean.
I'd be sure to incorporate it somewhere.... I love it on carpeting or as a black stain or paint on the edge of the floor. I happen to have a 4x6 rug with that pattern around th edge.
