Peter Pan Cookies
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Cream shortening, salt, peanut butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs and milk. Add flour and baking soda. Roll into balls and press with back of fork to form criss-cross design on top. Bake in 325 degrees F oven 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
