Elk (Jackson Hole, WY)

This is a beautiful bull elk near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There is a wonderful place called The National Elk Refuge, where the elk come out of the mountains to eat and bed down for the winter. We took a horse drawn sleigh ride through here and were able to see hundreds of elk up close. They are magnificent animals.

Well done, you folks out West get to see things we city-dwellers don't. Kinda makes me jealous.
