Green Chile Bake
- 10 eggs
- 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cans green chilies, drained
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese, melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt and chilies. Pour int he greased dish and bake for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set. Cool for 10 minutes. Serves 8-10 for brunch!
