I feed all birds and they always leave me a gift of Sunflowers. I have 100's of sunflowers just from Birdseed.

Seeds left by the birds

hey beachers, did you move from Tennessee?

There was a house around here that was up for sale last fall with a field full of these giant yellow wonders.

Eralier this year while cleaning out the feeders I dumped the old seeds into a few empty posts from past year. I know have some budding plants which I believe to be sunflower. I plan on transplanting them into the field nest to the house.

I just moved from a house that I used to grow 1oo hundred sunflowers each year. I am sad I left everything there, including all the seeds I saved. Would you be so kind to send me some seeds to get started. Maybe you can send those birds my way. jk:) seabeachers@yahoo.com

By birds dropping seeds in my yard, I have 2 hollyhock plants that bloom beautifully (one's a light lemon color & one is a pretty lavendar color) every Summer, in our front yard. Then in the Autumn, the hollyhock bottom plant (bush that looks like a squash plant) gets all green and lush again. All thanks to some most welcome birdies!!
