As far as I know it's a violation anywhere to drive a car without a windshield. The best way to find out is to call your local department of motor vehicles and ask them. And if you're thinking of driving without one anyway you might want to ask what the fine will be if you get caught ;-) LOL!

It's a violation in any state to drive without a windshied in your vehicle. Or are you referring to a motorcycle windshield?
