Corn For the Freezer I
Ingredients
- 9 cups corn
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Husk corn, wash and cut off the cob. Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil. cook seven minutes. Cool. Pour into containers and freeze.

Corn For the Freezer II
Ingredients
Microwave recipe:
8 cups corn
2 stick margarine
1 cup half and half
Directions
Place in microwave on high for 5 minutes, stir and cook for another 5 minutes, stir and cook for final 5 minutes (15 minutes total). Let cool and bag.
Oven Recipe:
- 16 cups corn
- 4 sticks margarine
- 1 pint half and half
Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees F. Let cool and bag.
