Egg Salad Spread
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. instant onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Mix the powdered mustard with about 1/2 tsp. of warm water. Let stand for about 10 minutes for flavor to develop. Then combine the remaining ingredients. If you prefer a softer spread, add a bit more mayonnaise. This should be enough for about 5 or 6 sandwiches.
