I think it is a mix with one parent being a pekinese and the other a cocker spaniel. Unique eyes though. Enjoy him

I am pretty sure your handsome, two colored eye guy is part or all Pekinese. You can google a dog breed chart and find his photo somewhere! What a cutie!

He looks like a Tibetan Spaniel, but the only way to be sure is a DNA test, and as you can imagine, they aren't cheap.
