Pineapple Salsa

This quick and delicious salsa is a great side to prepare for a holiday party. Set it out with some chips and enjoy. It is also excellent over practically any of your favorite meats such as salmon, chicken, pork loin, steak - use your imagination!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion (scallions)

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix to combine.

Let marinade for at least one hour.
