Pink Cloud Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups small marshmallows
  • 1/2 lb. raw cranberries, ground
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups raw apples, chopped
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup white grapes, halved and seeded
  • 1 carton whipped topping

Directions

Mix marshmallows, ground cranberries, and sugar; let stand overnight. Add the chopped apples, drained pineapple, grapes and nuts if desired. Fold into the whipped topping. Serve.
