Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (3oz. size)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 can crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- shredded lettuce
Directions
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in cranberry sauce and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight. To serve: Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. Turn out of pan and slice. Serve on shredded lettuce, if you like.
