Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin


  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry or chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Ad
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb. ea.)


In a large resealable bag, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Let pork stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
