I was wondering if someone knew how to drop 10 pounds or more a month. What are the best exercises and food that should be involved. I am very obese and just need help losing this the healthy way. I don't have the money for a gym or Weight Watchers, so home remedies would be the best. Thanks in advance.

I lost weight when I discovered in 2006 that I had a dairy intolerance. I loved many fattening & tasty foods that were causing my body a lot of grief: colds, viral infections, sinus infections, vertigo, brain fog and stomach aches. I have become more inventive in the way I eat since dairy and dairy derivatives are laced in almost everything thing.
I do go out and walk almost everyday in the spring, summer and fall and I drink tons of water; the only cost I have incurred is buying smaller sized clothing which makes me happy. In 2004 I was over 200 pounds and a size 18 and now I am a size 12 (I havent been on a scale); my friend I havent seen since 2004 seen a photo of me a complimented me on my weight loss.
