Vegetable Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag vegetable rotini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced (white and green up to 1" of top)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk broccoli, chopped (flowerettes only)
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp basil leaves (dried)
  • 1/2-1 cup fat free honey mustard dressing

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas for the last few minutes; drain. Place in a large bowl and mix with remaining vegetables and spices. Pour dressing on top, starting with 1/2 cup and adding more if necessary
